We have 15+ years of experience in the Executive Search industry trusted by German and Nordic clients. We have people in Finland, Germany and Sweden locally supporting the assignments and work with like-minded partners in other regions.
We combine technology with experienced people who have cultural knowledge combined with Executive Search experience. We are a hands-on team and can deliver fast results, not wasting time on reporting or documentation but we will activate the market from day one.
We know the strengths and weaknesses of each culture and how to combine the strength to compensate the weaknesses to develop future-proof leadership styles.
